Manual Handling Awareness is an online course of approximately 30-45 minutes for general operatives on how lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling injure people at work, and how to avoid it: the law in plain terms, the TILE risk check, handling aids and team lifts, good technique, and when to stop and ask. Scored assessment, 0.75 CPD hours.

Working at Height is an online course of approximately 30-45 minutes for anyone who works at height, including stepladder users, on how falls happen and how to stop them: what the law counts as work at height, the avoid, prevent, minimise order, ladders and stepladders, towers, scaffolds and MEWPs, and fall protection and rescue. Scored assessment, 0.75 CPD hours.

COSHH Awareness is an online course of approximately 30-45 minutes for anyone who uses or is exposed to hazardous substances, including dusts and fumes, on how substances harm people and how to control them: labels and safety data sheets, COSHH assessments and the hierarchy of control, spills and exposure, and health surveillance. Scored assessment, 0.75 CPD hours.

General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) is an online course of approximately 30-45 minutes for all staff who handle personal data, on what personal data is and how to protect it: the principles and lawful bases, people's rights and subject access requests, keeping data secure day to day, and what to do when a breach happens. CDM Awareness is an online course of approximately 30-45 minutes for clients, facilities and project managers and anyone new to CDM duties, on how the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 work: what counts as construction, the duty holders, client duties, design and construction phase planning, notification and the health and safety file. Scored assessment, 0.75 CPD hours.

Anti-Bribery Awareness is an online course of approximately 30-45 minutes for all staff, especially those in sales, procurement and roles dealing with officials, on recognising and refusing bribery: the Bribery Act 2010 offences, gifts, hospitality and facilitation payments, the failure to prevent fraud offence, and how to report concerns safely. Abrasive Wheels Awareness is an online course of approximately 30-45 minutes for operatives, supervisors and managers in construction, engineering, fabrication and maintenance who use or supervise angle grinders, cut-off saws, bench grinders and similar tools. It covers the law and hazards, wheel types and markings, inspection and storage, mounting and safe use, and health and fire risks. Scored assessment, 0.75 CPD hours.

Responsible Use of AI at Work is an online course of approximately 30-45 minutes for all staff who use, or may use, AI tools such as chatbots, writing assistants, transcription, image generators and AI features built into everyday software. It covers what AI is, the risks, data and confidentiality, using AI well, and policy, accountability and AI scams. Scored assessment, 0.75 CPD hours.

Alcohol and Drug Awareness is an online course of approximately 30-45 minutes for supervisors, managers and workers in safety-critical roles, such as driving, operating machinery and working at height, and anyone who wants to understand the workplace issues. It covers why it matters, alcohol, drugs and medicines, recognising impairment, policies and testing, and support and reporting. Scored assessment, 0.75 CPD hours.

Anti-Money Laundering Awareness is an online course of approximately 30-45 minutes for staff in businesses regulated under the Money Laundering Regulations, such as accountancy, legal, property, financial and high-value dealing firms, and anyone who handles client money or onboards clients. It covers what money laundering is, the legal framework, policies, controls and due diligence, red flags, and reporting and tipping off. Scored assessment, 0.75 CPD hours.

Articulated Forklift Truck Operations is an online course of approximately 30-45 minutes for pedestrians, supervisors and managers in narrow-aisle warehouses that use articulated forklift trucks, and trained operators as a refresher. It covers how an articulated truck differs, stability and the load, pre-use checks and operating safely, pedestrians and segregation, and charging, refuelling and parking.
